Chiar daca sunt vegane, au o textura asemanatoare cu cea a cascavalului topit la interior. Trebuie sa le incercati!<\/em><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">WOW! Chiftelutele astea au fost extraordinate! Sunt de departe cele mai bune <a href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/chiftelute\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>chiftelute vegane<\/strong><\/a> pe care le-am mancat pana acum. Am descoperit de curand un inlocuitor de ou perfect si de atunci il folosesc in toate chiftelutele pe care le pregatesc. Este pur si simplu inlocuitor perfect pentru ou in chiftelutele vegane. Sunt super crocante la exterior, iar la interior ai putea sa juri ca au cascaval topit sau ceva branza. Ah.. de abia astept sa le mai fac din nou.<\/p><p>Aceste chiftelute de mazare galbena cu tofu se fac foarte usor. Pur si simplu fierbeti mazarea, adaugati ingredientele si prajiti chiftelutele sau le coaceti la cuptor. As recomanda totusi prajirea usoara pentru aceste chiftelute. Nu pentru ca asa e sanatos, pentru ca stim cu totii ca e mai ok sa le facem la cuptor, ci pentru ca textura rezultata va fi mai reusita.
