Se face in mai putin de un minut: pui totul in blender si gata. Semintele de canepa sunt preferatele mele! Imi plac la nebunie si semintele de chia, si unturile naturale alune, iar de curand ma bucur ca am descoperit unturile naturale 100% de la Solaris. A trebuit sa imi gasesc o reteta de smoothie care sa fie atat hiperproteica, cat si delicioasa, iar aceasta este exact ce cautam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in el si de ce conteaza fiecare ingredient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta porneste de la o <strong>banana<\/strong>, care da cremozitate si dulceata naturala, plus doua <strong>curmale<\/strong> pentru un plus de dulce fara zahar adaugat. Partea de proteine vine din trei surse care se completeaza: o lingura de <strong>unt de arahide<\/strong>, doua linguri de <strong>seminte de canepa decorticate<\/strong> si o lingura de <strong>pudra proteica de orez<\/strong>. Eu folosesc untul de arahide de la Solaris, mi se pare extraordinar. Totul se leaga cu un pahar de <strong>lapte de soia<\/strong>, care aduce el insusi proteine in plus, si se condimenteaza cu un sfert de lingurita de <strong>scortisoara macinata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O mentiune sincera despre canepa: stiu ca e super bogata in proteine, dar eu pur si simplu nu-i suport mirosul! O tolerez in cantitati mici. Doua linguri de seminte decorticate intr-un smoothie cu banana si scortisoara mi se par chiar foarte ok, pentru ca aromele mai dulci acopera mirosul vegetal. Cateva trucuri ca textura sa iasa fina si nu granuloasa. Adauga intai lichidul, adica laptele de soia, ca lamele sa prinda mai usor ingredientele solide. Daca folosesti curmale tari sau uscate, lasa-le cateva minute in laptele de soia inainte sa pornesti blenderul, ca sa se inmoaie si sa se marunteasca complet. Semintele de canepa si pudra proteica au nevoie de cateva secunde in plus de blenduit ca sa nu mai simti nimic granulos pe limba, asa ca nu te grabi sa opresti aparatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iese prea gros, mai adaugi putin lapte de soia pana ajungi la consistenta care iti place. Daca il vrei mai rece si mai consistent, foloseste o banana congelata sau pune un cub-doua de gheata la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variante si mici ajustari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta suporta personalizare fara sa-si piarda rolul de smoothie hiperproteic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inlocuieste untul de arahide cu unt de migdale sau de caju daca preferi alta aroma.<\/li><li>Daca nu ai pudra proteica de orez, merge la fel de bine o pudra proteica vegetala din mazare sau canepa.<\/li><li>Pentru un plus de fibre si omega-3, adauga o lingurita de seminte de chia, pe care le ador.<\/li><li>Daca il vrei mai dulce, mai pui o curmala; daca il vrei mai putin dulce, scoti una.<\/li><li>Vrei o aroma de ciocolata? Daca ai nevoie sa-l iei cu tine, toarna-l intr-un borcan sau o sticla cu capac si tine-l la frigider maximum 24 de ore; agita bine inainte sa bei, pentru ca semintele si pudra proteica tind sa se aseze la fund. Eu il beau cel mai des imediat dupa antrenament sau ca mic dejun rapid in zilele aglomerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca esti pe val de smoothie-uri, mai am cateva variante care merg minunat in rotatie: un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-banane-cu-seminte\/\">smoothie de banane cu seminte<\/a> daca vrei sa ramai pe aceeasi linie hiperproteica, un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-cu-unt-de-arahide-si-banane\/\">smoothie cu unt de arahide si banane<\/a> pentru cei carora le place combinatia asta, sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-ciocolata-banane-mure\/\">smoothie de ciocolata, banane si mure<\/a> cand iti doresti ceva mai apropiat de un desert. Iar daca tii la canepa pentru proteine, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/trufe-raw-hiperproteice-canepa-carob\/\">trufele raw hiperproteice cu canepa si
