Se prepara in aproximativ 30 de minute si e perfect pentru sandvisuri, crackers sau ca dip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi doream sa fac o reteta de pate vegetal de casa de ceva vreme. Dupa ce am dat peste o discutie despre pateul de linte rosie pe un forum, am fost inspirata sa-i dau o sansa, adaugand propria mea amprenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu sunt o persoana care sa urmeze retetele la litera. De obicei ma bazez pe imagini, descifrand ingredientele din ele si apoi improvizand. Lintea rosie fierbe repede si se transforma usor in crema, fara sa fie nevoie de inmuiere in prealabil. Are un gust bland si dulceag care se potriveste perfect cu turmericul si usturoiul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcov<\/strong> &#8212; un morcov feliat, fiert impreuna cu lintea. Aduce o nota dulce naturala si contribuie la culoarea calda, portocalie, a pateului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; o ceapa maruntita, fiarta alaturi de linte si morcov. Da profunzime aromei si o baza savuroasa fara sa fie nevoie de calire separata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; 4 catei pisati, adaugati dupa ce scurgi lintea de apa. Pentru ca se adauga la final, peste compozitia calda, usturoiul ramane intens si aromat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unt sau ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; 2 linguri. Untul da o bogatie de gust care intensifica aroma, dar uleiul de masline functioneaza la fel de bine si transforma reteta intr-una vegana. Alege in functie de preferinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Turmeric<\/strong> &#8212; 1\/2 lingurita. Acesta este ingredientul care da culoarea aurie minunata si o nota calda, usor pamantoasa.
