Se serveste rece, ca dip alaturi de crackers si sticksuri de legume, si se face in mai putin de 30 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa fiu sincera, nu am fost niciodata un mare fan al conopidei. Reteta asta, inventata initial de mama mea, m-a facut insa sa-mi schimb parerea complet. Aperitivul-crema de conopida m-a surprins placut: este fin, usor acrisor de la castraveciorii murati si extrem de aromat. Acum il pregatesc mereu cand am musafiri sau cand merg la un potluck, pentru ca dispare de pe masa primul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un secret pe care l-am descoperit in timp: poti folosi conopida fie cruda, fie congelata. Uneori o prefer pe cea congelata pentru ca este mai accesibila si nu trebuie sa platesc si pentru frunzele si cotorul pe care oricum le arunc. se face in sub 30 de minute si dispare primul de pe masa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un dip cremos fara branza<\/strong> &#8212; textura fina vine din conopida pasata si maioneza, nu din lactate suplimentare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O modalitate de a manca mai multe legume<\/strong> &#8212; chiar si cei care zic ca nu le place conopida o mananca aici fara sa banuiasca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ceva de pus pe masa cand vin musafiri pe nepusa masa<\/strong> &#8212; ai nevoie doar de cateva ingrediente de baza pe care le ai mereu in casa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un aperitiv care se face cu un robot de bucatarie<\/strong> &#8212; pasezi totul in cateva secunde, fara tocat marunt si fara stres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Are doar cinci ingrediente.<\/strong> Conopida, castraveciori murati, patrunjel, maioneza, sare si piper &#8212; Cauta o capatana ferma, alba sau crem, cu buchetele compacte si frunzele verzi si crocante; petele maronii si zonele moi sunt semn ca a stat prea mult. Daca folosesti conopida congelata, nu o dezgheta inainte &#8212; o gatesti direct, fie la aburi, fie prin fierbere. Indiferent de varianta, secretul este sa o scurgi foarte bine dupa gatire, altfel apa ramasa subtiaza crema si nu mai are corpolenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Castraveciorii murati<\/strong> sunt cei care fac diferenta in reteta asta. Ei aduc aciditatea si sarea care echilibreaza blandetea conopidei si a maionezei. Alege castraveciori murati in saramura, fermi si crocanti, nu moi &#8212; daca sunt prea acri pentru gustul tau, scurge-i bine si chiar tamponeaza-i cu un servet inainte sa-i tai. Eu ii adaug taiati marunt la final, ca sa ramana bucatele care se simt la fiecare lingura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjelul<\/strong> proaspat tocat aduce culoare si prospetime si rotunjeste aromele. Foloseste doar frunzele, nu si tulpinile groase, si toaca-l marunt chiar inainte de a-l adauga, ca sa-si pastreze uleiurile aromate. O legatura intreaga poate parea mult, dar conopida absoarbe usor aromele si patrunjelul nu va domina niciodata gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maioneza<\/strong> da cremozitatea si leaga totul intr-o pasta fina. Trei linguri sunt suficiente &#8212; vrei o crema care sa ramana ferma, nu lichida. Daca preferi un gust mai pronuntat, alege o maioneza cu ou clasica; pentru o varianta mai usoara merge si una pe baza de iaurt. Adaug-o treptat in robot si opreste-te cand crema arata catifelata, ca sa o poti ajusta dupa textura conopidei tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea si piperul<\/strong> par detalii, dar aici fac toata diferenta. Conopida fiarta este blanda din fire, asa ca are nevoie de condimentare hotarata. Lasa-o cateva minute in strecuratoare, ba chiar apas-o usor cu o lingura &#8212; apa ramasa face crema apoasa si fara consistenta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gatita cand cedeaza usor la furculita.<\/strong> Conopida trebuie sa fie moale de tot, ca sa se paseze fin; daca opune rezistenta, mai lasa-o cateva minute. La aburi ai nevoie de circa 20 de minute, la fierbere 20-25.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga castraveciorii si patrunjelul la final, prin amestecare, nu in robot.<\/strong> Daca le pasezi impreuna cu conopida, crema se coloreaza si pierzi textura. Vrei bucatele care se simt distinct.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potriveste de sare la final.<\/strong> Castraveciorii aduc deja sare, asa ca gusta crema dupa ce ai amestecat totul si abia apoi corecteaza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa crema sa se odihneasca rece.<\/strong> Macar 30 de minute la frigider ajuta aromele sa se aseze si textura sa se intareasca placut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conopida congelata in loc de proaspata.<\/strong> Functioneaza la fel de bine si iti scurteaza munca, pentru ca vine deja curatata si rupta in buchetele. O gatesti direct, fara sa o dezgheti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maioneza pe baza de iaurt sau vegetala.<\/strong> Pentru o varianta mai usoara sau de post, inlocuieste maioneza clasica cu una pe baza de iaurt sau cu o maioneza vegana. Textura ramane cremoasa, iar gustul devine putin mai acrisor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga un catel de usturoi.<\/strong> Daca iti place un gust mai intens, paseaza un catel mic de usturoi impreuna cu conopida &#8212; merge minunat cu castraveciorii murati.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schimba ierburile.<\/strong> In loc de patrunjel poti folosi marar proaspat tocat, care se potriveste foarte bine cu castraveciorii murati si da retetei un aer diferit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crema de conopida cu maioneza se pastreaza foarte bine in frigider, intr-un recipient inchis ermetic, 3-4 zile. Ba chiar este genul de aperitiv care castiga din gust a doua zi, dupa ce aromele s-au asezat, asa ca o poti pregati linistita cu o seara inainte de petrecere. Nu recomand congelarea, pentru ca maioneza si conopida pasata se separa la dezghetare si crema isi pierde textura fina. Inainte de servire, scoate-o din frigider cu 10-15 minute mai devreme si amesteca usor, ca sa-si revina la consistenta cremoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca te-ai indragostit de conopida ca mine, mai am cateva retete pe care merita sa le incerci.
