Este o reteta vegetariana cu specific italian, simpla, satioasa si gata in circa 30 de minute de coacere acoperita cu folie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ieri aveam o stare de lene incurabila si tot ce imi doream era sa stau in casa, sa ma uit la un film bun si sa mananc ceva care sa-mi gadile papilele gustative. Aveam pofta de paste, asa ca mi-a venit ideea sa fac cannelloni cu spanac si branza feta. Pentru mine a fost prima oara cand am gatit cannelloni, asa ca pot sa iti spun din experienta cum sa eviti greselile pe care le-am facut eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind prima oara cand am gatit paste cannelloni, nu am reusit sa le umplu la perfectie, plus ca m-am si grabit pentru ca imi era foame. Ai mei au iesit putin mai &#8220;dezumflati&#8221;, insa tot gustosi au fost. Feta autentica din lapte de oaie (sau amestec oaie-capra) are un gust mai bogat si o aciditate placuta fata de variantele ieftine din lapte de vaca, care pot fi mai fade si mai cauciucate. Cumpara-o pe cea pastrata in saramura, in bloc, nu pe cea deja faramitata: se proceseaza mai bine si ramane mai cremoasa. Feta este deja sarata, deci ai grija cu sarea adaugata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanacul baby<\/strong> are frunze fragede, dulci, fara nervuri tari, asa ca se transforma usor in crema alaturi de feta. Alege frunze de un verde viu, fara pete galbene sau zone moi. Daca folosesti spanac obisnuit, mai matur, indeparteaza tulpinile groase, altfel umplutura iese fibroasa. Nu e nevoie sa il fierbi inainte: la robot se marunteste perfect crud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pastele cannelloni<\/strong> sunt acele tuburi mari care se umplu direct, fara fierbere prealabila in aceasta reteta. Un pachet are de regula in jur de 20 de bucati. Verifica pe ambalaj daca sunt de tipul &#8220;no pre-cook&#8221; (se coc direct in sos) &#8212; asa absorb lichidul din tava si se gatesc uniform. Pastele uscate se sparg usor, deci manevreaza-le cu blandete cand le umpli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile cubulete din conserva si pasta de rosii<\/strong> formeaza baza sosului. Rosiile la conserva, culese si procesate copt, dau un sos mai consistent si mai dulce decat rosiile proaspete in afara sezonului. Pasta de rosii concentreaza gustul si ingroasa sosul, dandu-i acea adancime &#8220;fiert indelung&#8221; fara sa stai ore la aragaz. Cauta conserve fara zahar adaugat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul si oregano<\/strong> sunt condimentele care fac sosul sa fie clar italian. Busuiocul aduce prospetime si dulceata, iar oregano un fond usor amarui, parfumat. Daca ai busuioc proaspat, adauga-l mai degraba la final ca sa nu isi piarda aroma; cel uscat se poate pune direct in sos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nu te grabi la umplut.<\/strong> Eu m-am grabit pentru ca imi era foame si tuburile mele au iesit mai &#8220;dezumflate&#8221;. Indeasa umplutura bine, pana cand simti tubul plin pe toata lungimea &#8212; foloseste un cornet de cofetarie sau o punga cu coltul taiat, e mult mai usor decat cu lingurita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Da umplutura putin mai moale.<\/strong> Daca robotul nu o face crema fina, adauga foarte putina apa, cate o lingura, pana aluneca usor in tuburi. O crema prea uscata se imbuca greu si lasa goluri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune destul lichid in tava.<\/strong> Pe langa sos, adauga aproximativ 1\/4 cana de apa. Pastele &#8220;no pre-cook&#8221; au nevoie de umiditate ca sa se inmoaie; daca tava e prea uscata, tuburile raman tari pe margini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acopera cu folie de aluminiu.<\/strong> Folia tine aburul inauntru, astfel incat pastele se gatesc uniform si nu se usuca la suprafata. Se reincalzesc excelent la cuptor sau la microunde, iar a doua zi sunt poate chiar mai gustoase, pentru ca sosul a patruns in paste. Poti asambla tava cu o zi inainte, sa o tii la frigider acoperita si sa o bagi la cuptor direct cand ai nevoie &#8212; adauga 5-10 minute la timpul de coacere daca o pui rece. Se preteaza si la congelare: coace-le, raceste-le complet, apoi congeleaza in portii pana la doua luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ai ramas cu pofta de paste, arunca o privire si peste ghidul meu de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tipuri-de-sos-de-paste\/\">sosuri pentru paste<\/a>, peste reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/spaghete-cu-spanac-si-rosii\/\">spaghete cu spanac si rosii<\/a> sau peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-vegetariana-cu-ciuperci\/\">lasagna
