Se coace la 180C aproximativ 30 de minute, pana devine aurie, si se serveste calda cu smantana deasupra. Gata in sub o ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta budinca de conopida cu branza este una dintre retetele mele preferate cu conopida, creata initial de mama mea. Desi nu am fost niciodata un mare fan al conopidei, combinatia de telemea topita, oua si marar din aceasta reteta m-a cucerit complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O servesc mereu cu o lingura de smantana proaspata deasupra fiecarei portii &#8212; asa devine cu adevarat reconfortanta. O speli bine si o rupi in manunchiuri mici, apoi o gatesti pana se inmoaie. Conopida este baza budincii &#8212; dupa ce o pasezi, ii da textura cremoasa si volumul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Telemea veche de vaca:<\/strong> 400 g de telemea veche aduc gustul sarat si bogat care defineste aceasta budinca. O pasezi cu furculita inainte de a o adauga peste conopida, ca sa se distribuie uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oua:<\/strong> 5 oua bine batute leaga toate ingredientele si dau budincii consistenta. Fara ele, compozitia nu s-ar inchega la copt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marar:<\/strong> o legatura de marar proaspat tocat marunt aduce prospetime si se potriveste de minune cu telemeaua topita. Este aroma principala a retetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sare si piper:<\/strong> se adauga dupa gust. Tine cont ca telemeaua veche este deja destul de sarata, asa ca pune sare cu masura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana:<\/strong> aproximativ 6 linguri, una pentru fiecare portie, se pun la servit deasupra budincii calde. Daca ramane prea multa apa, budinca va iesi prea moale si nu se va rumeni frumos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daca o aburesti (20 de minute) in loc sa o fierbi (20-25 de minute), conopida pastreaza mai mult gust si mai putina apa. O poti incalzi la cuptor sau in tigaie si e foarte buna chiar si rece a doua zi. Daca vrei sa o pregatesti in avans, poti fierbe si pasa conopida cu o zi inainte, apoi sa amesteci totul si sa o coci proaspata atunci cand ai nevoie.
