Sunt frigarui simple, low fat si pline de gust, perfecte pentru o iesire la gratar fara mici si fripturi. Marinarea ciupercilor in balsamic le da o aroma intensa, usor dulce-acrisoara, care le transforma in vedeta gratarului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place la nebunie cand ies la gratar cu prietenii si cu familia, iar anul asta a fost primul gratar vegetarian! Toate retetele de gratar vegetarian prezentate aici sunt low fat si au calorii putine, asa ca m-am bucurat de ele fara nicio remuscare. Ti le impartasesc cu drag, ca sa vezi si tu ca se poate face gratar delicios si fara carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Veggie-Skewers-and-Mushrooms-on-the-Grill.jpg\" alt=\"Retete pentru un gratar vegetarian | Frigarui vegetariene Veggie Skewers and Mushrooms on the Grill\" title=\"Veggie Skewers and Mushrooms on the Grill\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui pe frigarui<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legumele de pe frigarui trebuie alese cat mai carnoase, ca sa reziste pe jar si sa nu se faca terci. Iata ce folosesc eu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ciuperci Portobello<\/strong> &#8212; inima frigaruii. Au o textura densa, carnoasa, si absorb minunat marinada de otet balsamic. Alege ciuperci ferme, cu palaria intacta, fara pete moi.<\/li><li><strong>Ardei gras rosu<\/strong> &#8212; aduce dulceata si culoare; cei carnosi se coc frumos fara sa se inmoaie prea repede.<\/li><li><strong>Rosii<\/strong> &#8212; alege-le mai tari si nu prea coapte, ca sa stea pe teapa fara sa se desfaca; rosiile cherry sau cele mici sunt cele mai practice.<\/li><li><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; taiata in sferturi sau bucati groase, devine dulce si fragezeste la caldura jarului.<\/li><li><strong>Boia dulce, sare si piper<\/strong> &#8212; condimentarea de baza care leaga toate gusturile.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce marinam ciupercile in otet balsamic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciupercile au o structura buretoasa care absoarbe lichidul cu care intra in contact, asa ca otetul balsamic patrunde in toata pulpa lor si le da gust pana in miez, nu doar la suprafata. Aciditatea balsamicului fragezeste fibra ciupercii, iar zaharurile naturale din otet caramelizeaza usor pe jar, dand acea aroma intensa si crusta apetisanta. De aceea le las la inmuiat cel putin o ora &#8212; e timpul de care au nevoie ca sa se imbibe bine inainte de a ajunge pe gratar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le faci sa iasa perfect pe gratar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Taie toate legumele aproximativ la aceeasi marime, ca sa se gateasca uniform si sa nu ramana unele crude in timp ce altele ard.<\/li><li>Daca folosesti tepuse de lemn, lasa-le in apa rece 20-30 de minute inainte, ca sa nu se aprinda pe jar.<\/li><li>Aseaza frigaruile pe jar potolit, nu pe flacara directa &#8212; legumele se coc mai bine la caldura constanta si nu se ard la exterior ramanand crude in interior.<\/li><li>Intoarce-le des si unge-le din cand in cand cu marinada de balsamic ramasa, ca sa ramana suculente.<\/li><li>Sunt gata cand legumele s-au inmuiat, au urme aurii-rumenite de la gratar si ciupercile lasa un suc parfumat la apasare.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Crispy-Pita-Bread-Cooked-on-Hot-Wood-Ash-Zoom.jpg\" alt=\"Crispy Pita Bread Cooked on Hot Wood Ash Zoom\" title=\"Crispy Pita Bread Cooked on Hot Wood Ash Zoom\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frigaruile vegetariene merg de minune alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara\/\">salata de vara<\/a> racoroasa sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-dovlecel-la-gratar-cu-sfecla-coapta\/\">salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta<\/a>, care prinde aceeasi aroma de jar. Daca vrei sa transformi gratarul intr-o masa mai bogata, completeaza-l cu alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-gratar-fara-carne\/\">retete pentru gratar fara carne<\/a> sau cu idei din colectia de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegetariene-de-1-mai-pentru-picnic-si-gratar\/\">retete vegetariene de 1 mai pentru picnic si gratar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pregatire din timp si pastrare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine pregatesti din timp marinada: pune ciupercile la inmuiat in otet balsamic chiar de dimineata sau cu o ora-doua inainte de a iesi la gratar, ca sa apuce sa se imbibe. Legumele taiate se pastreaza acoperite la frigider cateva ore, asa ca poti asambla frigaruile dinainte si sa le tii la rece pana le pui pe jar. Daca raman frigarui coapte, se pastreaza la frigider intr-un recipient inchis 1-2 zile si se reincalzesc rapid pe gratar sau intr-o tigaie incinsa. Sunt bune si reci, intr-o salata sau intr-o lipie alaturi de alte idei fara carne din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-fara-carne-pentru-gratar\/\">retetele fara carne pentru gratar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci frigaruile astea cu ciuperci marinate in balsamic, lasa-mi un rating si spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-au iesit &#8212; sunt
