Se face rapid din naut la conserva, lamaie, usturoi si o lingurita de ulei de susan &#8212; rezultatul este o pasta cremoasa, aromata si potrivita pentru orice dieta echilibrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ador humusul pentru gustul sau delicios si textura cremoasa. De-a lungul timpului am tot cautat o varianta mai usoara, cu mai putine grasimi, pe care sa o pot manca fara sa ma gandesc de doua ori. Aceasta reteta de humus dietetic a devenit solutia mea preferata: pastreaza aromele autentice, dar are un profil nutritional mai bland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In loc de cantitatea obisnuita de tahini, am folosit doar o lingurita de ulei de susan &#8212; suficient cat sa adauge nota specifica de susan fara sa incarce reteta cu grasimi suplimentare. Am folosit doua conserve de 400 g fiecare. Este important sa scurgi si sa clatesti bine nautul sub jet de apa rece &#8212; astfel indepartezi excesul de sare si saramura din conserva, iar gustul final va fi mai curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sucul de lamaie<\/strong> adauga prospetime si echilibreaza gustul de naut. Foloseste jumatate de lamaie proaspata &#8212; sucul proaspat are un gust mai viu decat cel din sticla si face diferenta in aceasta reteta simpla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de susan<\/strong> &#8212; doar o lingurita &#8212; inlocuieste tahini-ul traditional si adauga nota specifica de susan fara a creste semnificativ continutul de grasimi. Nu omite aceasta cantitate mica: ea este cea care da autenticitate aromei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> se adauga feliat direct in robot. Doua catei dau un gust pronuntat &#8212; daca preferi un humus mai bland, poti folosi un singur catel sau il poti blansa 30 de secunde inainte de procesare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chimionul macinat<\/strong> adauga profunzime aromei si este specific retetelor de humus din Orientul Mijlociu. Un sfert de lingurita este suficient pentru a da caracterul specific fara a domina celelalte arome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura &#8212; contribuie la textura cremoasa si la gustul rotund al pastei. Poti folosi si ulei de masline extravirgin pentru o aroma mai intensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cuburile de gheata<\/strong> sunt ingredientul-surpriza al acestei retete. Humusul se ingroasa putin dupa ce se raceste la frigider, deci poti lasa textura usor mai moale la inceput.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu omite cuburile de gheata.<\/strong> Gheata mentine procesorul rece si ajuta emulsionarea &#8212; rezulta o textura mai alba, mai cremoasa si mai aerata decat fara ea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta si ajusteaza la final.<\/strong> Dupa procesare, verifica echilibrul de sare, lamaie si usturoi. Fiecare conserva de naut poate fi diferita ca salinitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Decoreaza generos.<\/strong> Deasupra poti pune seminte de susan, boia afumata, patrunjel proaspat tocat sau un fir de ulei de masline &#8212; atat pentru aspectul vizual, cat si pentru arome suplimentare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fara ulei de susan:<\/strong> Daca nu ai ulei de susan, poti folosi o lingura de tahini diluat cu putina apa, sau pur si simplu omite &#8212; humusul va fi mai bland, dar la fel de cremos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu naut fiert de la zero:<\/strong> Inlocuieste conservele cu 250 g naut uscat, tinut la inmuiat peste noapte si fiert pana se inmoaie. Rezultatul final va fi si mai cremos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Varianta cu lamaie verde:<\/strong> Inlocuieste lamaia cu lime pentru o nota mai exotica si mai aromata &#8212; se potriveste mai ales vara, servit cu legume crude.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu usturoi copt:<\/strong> In loc de usturoi crud, coaceti un cap intreg de usturoi la cuptor (180 grade, 40 minute) si folositi miezul moale &#8212; gustul va fi dulceag si mai delicat, fara intensitatea usturoiului crud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humusul dietetic se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider intr-un recipient etans timp de <strong>3-4 zile<\/strong>. Inainte de servire, scoate-l cu 15-20 de minute inainte pentru a reveni la temperatura camerei &#8212; textura va fi mai cremoasa si aromele mai bine definite. Daca s-a ingrosat prea tare la frigider, amesteca o lingura-doua de apa rece pana recapata consistenta dorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti prepara reteta cu pana la <strong>3 zile in avans<\/strong> &#8212; de fapt, a doua zi dupa preparare gustul devine si mai bun, pe masura ce aromele de usturoi si chimion se intensifica. Aceasta il face perfect pentru meal prep sau pentru platouri de aperitive pregatite din timp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti place sa variezi, incearca si alte retete de humus de
