Astfel, vei reduce aportul de grasimi din humus.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Inlocuieste tahini-ul cu alte ingrediente: <\/strong>Tahini-ul este bogat in grasimi sanatoase, dar contine si calorii considerabile. Inlocuieste-l cu alte ingrediente mai light, cum ar fi iaurtul grecesc, pentru o versiune mai saraca in grasimi. Pentru aroma de susan, poti adauga doar o lingurita sau chiar mai putin de ulei de susan. <\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Adauga apa sau zeama de lamaie pentru consistenta: <\/strong>Daca reduci uleiul, poti sa compensezi prin adaugarea de apa sau zeama de lamaie pentru a obtine o consistenta cremoasa.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Adauga mai multe ierburi si mirodenii: <\/strong>Pentru a adauga mai multa aroma si savoare humusului, poti sa adaugi ierburi proaspete, cum ar fi coriandrul, patrunjelul sau busuiocul, sau mirodenii, cum ar fi boiaua de ardei dulce, turmericul sau chimenul.<\/li><\/ul><p>Prin urmarea acestor sfaturi, vei obtine un humus mai light si dietetic, fara a compromite gustul si textura sa cremoasa.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
