Combina doua banane foarte coapte cu un amestec de seminte (susan, chia, mac, amarant, in si floarea soarelui) si putina apa, pentru un mic dejun lichid bogat in fibre care te tine satul ore intregi. Este alegerea perfecta cand vrei ceva sanatos, rapid si fara complicatii la primele ore ale diminetii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acest smoothie de banane cu seminte este preferatul meu deoarece este extrem de simplu de preparat si ofera o senzatie de satietate pe termen lung. Cu cat coaja are mai multe pete maro, cu atat amidonul din fruct s-a transformat in zaharuri naturale, asa ca smoothie-ul iese mai dulce si mai catifelat de la sine. O banana inca verzuie da un gust amidonos si o textura mai apoasa, deci merita sa astepti pana se coc bine. Daca ai banane prea coapte pe care nu apuci sa le mananci, le poti felia si congela &#8212; inlocuiesc cuburile de gheata si dau o textura si mai densa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despre amestecul de seminte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amestecul de seminte este ceea ce transforma un simplu smoothie de banane intr-un mic dejun complet. Eu folosesc cate doua linguri dintr-un mix de seminte crude de susan, chia, mac, amarant, in si floarea soarelui, pe care ti-l poti prepara singura acasa. Le poti tine intr-un borcan la indemana si ai mereu o lingura de fibre si grasimi bune la dispozitie. Pune in blender bananele, cuburile de gheata si apa, apoi blenduieste bine pana totul devine cremos; abia la final adaugi semintele si amesteci scurt. Asa semintele raman intregi si dau acel plus de textura, in loc sa fie maruntite complet. Daca smoothie-ul iese prea gros, mai torni putina apa si mai dai un puls; daca il vrei mai dens, foloseste mai putina apa sau adauga inca un cub de gheata.
