Daca folosesti banane congelate, nu va fi nevoie sa mai adaugi cuburi de gheata.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Combinarea cu alte fructe:<\/strong> Bananele se pot combina cu o varietate de alte fructe in smoothie-uri, precum capsuni, mango, ananas etc.. Alege combinatii care sa se completeze reciproc din punct de vedere al gustului si al texturii. Acestea pot fi adaugate intregi sau macinate.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Seminte de susan:<\/strong> Semintele de susan sunt o sursa bogata de magneziu, fier si cupru, iar adaugarea lor va oferi smoothie-ului un gust bogat.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Seminte de floarea soarelui: <\/strong>Aceste seminte sunt o excelenta sursa de vitamina E, antioxidanti si grasimi sanatoase. Poti adauga semintele intregi sau macinate in mixul tau de smoothie.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Seminte de chia: <\/strong>Adauga semintele de chia pentru a-ti oferi smoothie-ului o consistenta mai densa si pentru a beneficia de omega-3, proteine si fibre.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Amarant expandat: <\/strong>Amarantul este o sursa bogata de proteine complete, fibre si minerale. Adauga amarantul expandat in smoothie pentru a-i oferi un plus de textura si nutrienti.<\/li><\/ul><p>Combina aceste seminte in proportii echilibrate, de preferat in functie de preferintele tale si de nevoile nutritionale.
