Se taie baghete integrale pe diagonala, se scobesc usor si se umplu cu un amestec cremos de urda si branza feta, condimentat in trei feluri diferite. Cand am nevoie de idei, Pinterest este de obicei sursa mea de inspiratie. Nu caut niciodata mancaruri complicate &#8212; vreau sa fiu odihnita cand vin invitatii, nu epuizata &#8212; asa ca ma uit doar dupa aperitive usoare, gustoase si vegetariene. Reteta aceasta s-a nascut tocmai dintr-o astfel de cautare, iar farmecul ei este ca poti varia condimentele la nesfarsit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si rolul lor in reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baza umpluturii este combinatia de urda cu branza feta. Urda aduce textura cremoasa si un gust bland, in timp ce feta da sarea si caracterul, asa ca nu mai e nevoie sa sarezi mult. Le pasezi cu furculita pana se omogenizeaza si obtii o pasta usor de modelat in scobitura baghetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru baghete, alege variante integrale, mai micute &#8212; in reteta originala am folosit vreo 3 baghete mici. Coaja lor mai ferma tine bine umplutura si nu se inmoaie repede. Condimentele si verdeturile (ceapa verde, marar, patrunjel, turmeric, boia dulce sau iute, seminte de mac, morcov si ardei gras ras) sunt cele care diferentiaza cele trei umpluturi. Primul: taie baghetele pe diagonala, in bucati de maximum 5 cm, ca sa ai o suprafata mai generoasa de umplut si o forma frumoasa la prezentare. Al doilea: scobeste miezul cu grija, lasand peretii destul de grosi cat sa nu se rupa bucata cand o umpli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imparte amestecul de branza in mod egal in trei boluri si condimenteaza fiecare bol diferit &#8212; asa obtii trei sortimente pe acelasi platou. Amesteca bine in fiecare bol inainte de a umple, ca sa se distribuie uniform condimentele. La final, decoreaza bucatile dupa bunul plac, cu putin marar, seminte de mac sau o fasie de ardei. Imaginatia este limita! Coaja baghetei se inmoaie in timp, asa ca cel mai bun gust si cea mai buna textura le ai cat sunt proaspat umplute. Daca pregatesti din timp pentru o petrecere, un truc bun este sa amesteci umpluturile cu o zi inainte si sa le tii separat la rece, urmand sa scobesti si sa umpli baghetele chiar inainte de a le servi.
