Este 100% vegan, fara zahar adaugat (se indulceste cu stevia sau sirop de artar) si se face din ingrediente putin procesate. Daca ai gasit prune coapte la piata si nu stii ce sa faci cu ele, este alegerea ideala &#8212; nu cere multe ingrediente si se asambleaza rapid, in doua etape simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta si flexibila. Pentru crumble ai nevoie de 8 prune cu samburii scosi si feliate, 3 cani de mure congelate, \u00be cana muesli simplu, 1 \u00bd lingura de faina integrala de grau si indulcitor stevia (sau sirop de artar ori agave). Pentru sorbet folosesti 2 cani de mure congelate, sucul de la o lamaie sau lime, indulcitor stevia dupa gust si putina apa &#8212; doar cat sa porneasca blenderul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Prunele<\/strong> &#8212; alege-le bine coapte si parfumate; cu cat sunt mai dulci natural, cu atat ai nevoie de mai putin indulcitor. Prunele moi lasa mai mult suc la cuptor si dau un crumble mai zemos.<\/li><li><strong>Murele congelate<\/strong> &#8212; functioneaza excelent atat in crumble, cat si in sorbet. Nu e nevoie sa le dezghetzi; folosite congelate dau sorbetului consistenta cremoasa de inghetata.<\/li><li><strong>Muesli-ul simplu<\/strong> &#8212; alege un amestec fara zahar adaugat ca sa pastrezi desertul sanatos. Intr-un bol mai mare amesteca prunele feliate, murele, faina si indulcitorul, apoi toarna compozitia intr-un vas termorezistent de yena cu diametrul de 25-30 cm. Presara muesli pe deasupra pana cand acopera toata forma, dar fii atenta la cantitate: stratul trebuie sa fie subtire, suficient cat sa acopere compozitia, fara sa fie incarcat. Coace crumble-ul 25 de minute si serveste-l fierbinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sorbetul se face separat si in cateva secunde: adauga in blender murele congelate, sucul de lamaie, indulcitorul si apa, apoi proceseaza pana capata o consistenta cremoasa. Faina integrala, chiar daca pare neinsemnata, absoarbe sucul pe care prunele si murele il lasa la cuptor si transforma un amestec apos intr-o compozitie densa, ca de gem cald. Stratul subtire de muesli este al doilea detaliu cheie: pus in cantitate mica, se rumeneste si ramane crocant, in timp ce un strat prea gros se imbiba in suc si se inmoaie. Iar pentru sorbet, secretul este sa folosesti murele direct din congelator si apa cat mai putina &#8212; asa obtii o textura cremoasa de inghetata, nu un piure lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variatii si idei de servire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte combinatii cu fulgi de ovaz, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/muesli-fara-gluten-mic-dejun\/\">muesli-ul meu fara gluten<\/a> ca baza pentru crumble, sau alte deserturi cu ovaz precum <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-ovaz-mere\/\">prajitura cu ovaz si mere<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/terci-de-ovaz-la-cuptor\/\">terciul de ovaz la cuptor<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-ovaz\/\">biscuitii cu ovaz<\/a>. Daca esti in cautare de mai multe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crumble-uri-cu-fructe\/\">crumble-uri cu fructe<\/a>, ai de unde alege: <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-olandeza-cu-mere\/\">prajitura olandeza cu mere<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-piersici\/\">prajitura cu piersici<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-streusel-de-mere\/\">tortul streusel de mere<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prunele pot fi inlocuite cu piersici sau caise coapte, iar murele se pot combina cu zmeura sau afine, dupa ce ai la indemana. Daca vrei sa-l pregatesti din timp, poti amesteca fructele cu faina si indulcitorul, le pui in vas si le tii la frigider, urmand sa presari muesli si sa-l coci fix inainte de servire. Sorbetul, in schimb, se serveste imediat dupa ce l-ai facut in blender, cat e cremos &#8212; daca ramane, il poti tine la congelator, dar va trebui sa-l lasi cateva minute la temperatura camerei si sa-l reprocesezi scurt inainte de a-l servi din nou. Pentru o variatie de sorbet cu alte fructe, arunca un ochi si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sorbet-de-zmeura\/\">sorbetul de zmeura<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest crumble de prune cu sorbet de mure, mi-ar placea sa stiu cum ti-a iesit stratul de muesli si daca ai folosit stevia sau sirop de artar &#8212; lasa-mi
