Se serveste cu o lingura de smantana sau iaurt si cu crutoane aromate cu usturoi si cimbru. Ca toate celelalte supe crema pe care le-am pregatit de-a lungul timpului, si aceasta este extrem de usor de facut: legumele se fierb, se paseaza, gata. Faptul ca e gata in doar jumatate de ora o face perfecta pentru o cina de zi obisnuita, dar arata suficient de elegant cat sa o pun pe masa si cand am invitati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul ei nu sta in ingrediente scumpe, ci in ce faci cu cele simple: legume de baza fierte pana se inmoaie complet si pasate pana cand nu mai ramane nicio urma de fibra. Crutoanele cu usturoi si cimbru, prajite separat la cuptor, adauga textura si aroma care fac diferenta intre o supa banala si una pe care vrei sa o repeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile champignon<\/strong> sunt vedeta. Alege ciuperci ferme, cu palaria inchisa, fara pete maro sau zone umede si lipicioase. champignonul cu palaria inca inchisa este mai proaspat si are gust mai curat. Nu le spala sub jet de apa, pentru ca absorb apa ca un burete; sterge-le cu un servet umed sau o perie moale. In reteta folosesti 350 g taiate cubulete, fara codite. Coditele nu le arunca: le poti pastra pentru un pilaf cu ciuperci sau pentru o supa de legume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Telina (radacina)<\/strong> aduce dulceata si corpolenta supei. Alege o radacina grea pentru marimea ei, cu coaja ferma, fara zone moi. Curatata si taiata cubulete, fierbe bine si se paseaza fin, ajutand crema sa fie densa fara sa adaugi smantana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartoful si pastarnacul<\/strong> sunt cele care dau cremozitatea naturala. Amidonul din cartof ingroasa supa cand o blenduiesti, iar pastarnacul adauga o nota dulce-pamantie care merge perfect cu ciupercile. Pastarnacul bun e ferm si neted; daca e moale sau zbarcit, lasa-l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul si cimbrul<\/strong> sunt pentru crutoane, nu pentru supa in sine. Ciupercile fierte prea mult devin cauciucate si pierd din aroma, asa ca le pui mai tarziu.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Blenduieste bine de tot.<\/strong> Greseala cea mai des intalnita la supele crema este sa te opresti prea devreme. Paseaza pana cand nu mai simti nicio bucatica, pana cand textura e complet catifelata. Un blender vertical bagat direct in oala face treaba cel mai usor.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Ia oala de pe foc inainte sa blenduiesti.<\/strong> Supa fierbinte care se invarte in blender poate sari si te poate arde. Lasa-o sa se odihneasca un minut, apoi paseaza.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Prajeste crutoanele in paralel.<\/strong> Cat fierb legumele, baga feliile de bagheta in cuptorul preincalzit la 200C. In 15 minute sunt aurii si crocante, exact la timp cu supa. Stii ca sunt gata cand marginile s-au rumenit si usturoiul a inceput sa miroasa.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Smantana sau iaurtul se adauga la final.<\/strong> Le pui peste supa deja luata de pe foc, ca sa nu se taie. Daca vrei sa o pastrezi vegana, sari peste lactate sau foloseste o smantana vegetala ori iaurt vegetal la final. Pentru o aroma mai intensa de ciuperci, poti caleste putin ceapa si ciupercile in ulei de masline inainte sa adaugi apa. Iar daca vrei o supa mai bogata, inlocuieste o parte din apa cu supa de legume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crutoanele cu usturoi si cimbru sunt clasice, dar merge la fel de bine si cu paine prajita simpla sau cu seminte presarate deasupra pentru un plus de textura. Daca nu ai bagheta integrala, orice paine mai densa, feliata subtire, se preteaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Daca stii ca o vei pastra, lasa smantana sau iaurtul deoparte si adauga-le proaspete la servire, ca sa nu se separe la reincalzire. Se reincalzeste cel mai bine la foc mic, amestecand, sau in valuri scurte la microunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa pasata, fara lactate, se congeleaza excelent pana la 3 luni. O torni in portii, o decongelezi peste noapte la frigider si o reincalzesti incet. Crutoanele se fac cel mai bine proaspete, deci le pregatesti separat in ziua in care servesti supa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele crema, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-chimen\/\">supa crema de cartofi cu chimen<\/a>.
