Gata o pizza cu blat subtire, fara framantat si fara dospit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ador pizza pe blat de lipie. E cea mai rapida si mai sanatoasa varianta de pizza pe care o fac atunci cand pofta vine mai repede decat am eu chef sa framant un blat. Lipia subtire se coace in cateva minute si imi da exact ce vreau: o baza crocanta si mult loc pentru legume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am facut aceasta pizza pe blat de lipie cu legume pentru o petrecere la care veneau si prieteni care nu sunt vegetarieni. Am vrut o reteta pe care o stiu si o apreciaza toata lumea, ca sa nu sperii pe nimeni cu ceva prea neobisnuit. Cauta lipii mari, proaspete si suple, nu uscate la margini, pentru ca cele uscate se sfarama la copt. Eu prefer lipiile mai subtiri, fiindca se rumenesc mai uniform si dau acel blat crocant; daca ai lipii groase, o sa iasa o pizza mai pufoasa, dar la fel de buna. Daca ai lipii care stau de cateva zile, le poti folosi fara probleme aici, caldura cuptorului le reinvioreaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasta de tomate<\/strong> face diferenta dintre o pizza fada si una cu gust adevarat. Fiind concentrata, are un gust mai intens si mai dulce-acrisor decat sosul de rosii obisnuit, exact ce vrei pe un blat subtire care nu trebuie inmuiat de prea mult lichid. Amesteca-o intai cu busuiocul ca sa se aromatizeze inainte de a o intinde pe lipie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul uscat<\/strong> este aroma care transforma pasta de tomate in sos de pizza. Frecat usor intre degete inainte de a-l adauga, isi elibereaza uleiurile si parfumul mai puternic. Daca ai busuioc proaspat, il poti presara peste pizza abia dupa coacere, ca sa nu se arda si sa-si pastreze prospetimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardeiul gras rosu<\/strong> aduce dulceata si culoare. Feliaza-l subtire ca sa se inmoaie la timp in cele 15-20 de minute de copt; daca il lasi prea gros, ramane crocant si nefacut. Alege un ardei ferm, lucios, cu coaja intinsa, semn ca e proaspat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> taiata julienne, adica fasii subtiri, se caramelizeaza usor la margini si devine dulce in cuptor. Cu cat o feliezi mai subtire, cu atat se face mai repede si mai blanda la gust, fara acea muscatura puternica de ceapa cruda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile<\/strong> feliate adauga prospetime si suculenta. Alege rosii medii, ferme, ca sa nu lase prea multa apa pe blat. Daca rosiile tale sunt foarte zemoase, scutura usor feliile sau scoate o parte din seminte, ca sa nu inmoi lipia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> feliate se rumenesc si capata gust mai concentrat la copt. Sterge-le cu un servet umed in loc sa le speli sub jet, pentru ca absorb apa si apoi o elibereaza in cuptor. Feliaza-le subtire ca sa se gateasca uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maslinele negre<\/strong> feliate aduc o nota sarata si savuroasa care echilibreaza dulceata legumelor. Felii subtiri de ardei, ceapa si ciuperci se inmoaie exact la timp si raman suculente, nu crude.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu incarca prea mult blatul.<\/strong> Greseala clasica e sa pui prea multe legume si prea mult sos, ceea ce inmoaie lipia si nu mai ai cum sa o ridici. Un strat subtire de pasta de tomate si legume distribuite lejer dau cel mai crocant rezultat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromatizeaza sosul inainte.<\/strong> Amesteca pasta de tomate cu busuiocul si las-o un minut sa se imbine, ca sa nu simti aroma de busuioc doar in unele locuri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Urmareste marginile lipiei, nu doar ceasul.<\/strong> Stii ca pizza e gata cand marginile lipiei s-au rumenit si sunt usor crocante, iar legumele s-au inmuiat si au prins putina culoare. Daca lipiile tale sunt foarte subtiri, verifica spre minutul 15.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste hartie de copt.<\/strong> Asaza lipiile pe hartie de copt sau direct pe gratarul cuptorului spre final pentru un blat mai crocant pe dedesubt; pe tava cu hartie e mai usor de scos si nu se lipeste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Schimba legumele dupa sezon.<\/strong> Pasta de tomate cu busuioc merge cu aproape orice legume ai la indemana. Incearca dovlecel feliat subtire, porumb dulce sau felii de rosii cherry in locul celor de aici.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga branza, daca nu o tii vegana.<\/strong> Pentru o varianta vegetariana, presara mozzarella sau o branza care se topeste peste legume inainte de copt. Daca iti ramane, las-o sa se raceasca, apoi pastreaz-o intr-un recipient inchis la frigider 1-2 zile. La reincalzit, evita cuptorul cu microunde, care inmoaie lipia; foloseste in schimb cuptorul preincalzit sau o tigaie pe foc mic, ca sa-ti recapeti baza crocanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti felia toate legumele si amesteca pasta de tomate cu busuiocul cu cateva ore inainte, pastrandu-le separat la frigider. Cand vine momentul, asamblezi totul si dai la cuptor in cateva minute.
