Se coc in aproximativ 20 de minute la 180-200C si ies crocanti pe margini, perfecti langa o cafea sau un ceai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu ma consider experta in biscuiti sau prajituri, asa ca reteta asta a pornit ca un experiment, mai mult din curiozitate decat din vreun plan bine pus la punct. Tocmai de aceea m-a surprins atat de placut cat de bine au iesit: crocanti, parfumati de la scortisoara si nucsoara, exact genul de biscuite la care te tot intorci fara sa iti dai seama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au devenit gustarea mea de dimineata alaturi de o cafea sau de o cana de cacao cu lapte. Imi place ca nu sunt incarcati, ca au fibre de la ovaz si faina integrala si ca pot face o tava intreaga dintr-o compozitie pe care o amestec in cinci minute. Sper sa ii incercati si voi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies.jpg\" alt=\"Whole Grain Cookies\" class=\"wp-image-192085\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-600x300.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-710x355.jpg 710w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-960x480.jpg 960w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-1080x540.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Whole-Grain-Cookies-150x75.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>o gustare dulce de casa cu fibre de la ovaz si faina integrala, mai putin incarcata decat biscuitii din comert;<\/li>\n<li>ceva crocant si parfumat langa cafeaua sau ceaiul de dimineata;<\/li>\n<li>o reteta simpla, cu ingrediente pe care le ai de obicei in camara, fara echipamente speciale;<\/li>\n<li>o tava de biscuiti pe care o pregatesti din timp si o tii la indemana toata saptamana;<\/li>\n<li>o gustare de dus la birou, la scoala sau in drumetie, care nu se sfarama imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sunt crocanti, nu moi.<\/strong> Ovazul integral si faina de grau integrala dau o textura cu corp, iar presarea cu furculita inainte de coacere ii subtiaza exact cat trebuie ca sa se rumeneasca uniform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Au aroma bogata.<\/strong> Cele 2 linguri de scortisoara plus nucsoara opentionala fac diferenta dintre un biscuite banal si unul pe care il simti din clipa in care deschizi cuptorul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunt bogati in fibre si seminte.<\/strong> Ovazul, faina integrala, semintele de in si cele de floarea soarelui aduc fibre si grasimi bune in fiecare biscuite.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se prepara rapid.<\/strong> Amesteci totul in doua boluri, lasi compozitia 20 de minute la rece si o portionezi cu lingurita &#8212; fara mixer, fara intins de aluat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compozitia este iertatoare.<\/strong> Daca e prea umeda adaugi faina, daca nu se leaga adaugi un albus &#8212; nu trebuie sa nimeresti din prima cantitatile la gram.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de grau integrala<\/strong> da gustul usor de nuca si fibrele acestor biscuiti. Reteta porneste de la o cana, dar cantitatea reala depinde de cat de umeda iese compozitia, asa ca tine la indemana inca putina faina. Cauta o faina integrala fina, macinata recent &#8212; cea veche capata un miros usor amarui de la uleiurile din tarate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ovazul integral<\/strong> (o cana si jumatate) este coloana vertebrala a texturii. Foloseste fulgi de ovaz integrali, nu cei instant care se inmoaie prea repede si dau un biscuite moale. Fulgii mai grosi, presati, raman usor masticabili in mijloc si crocanti pe margine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scortisoara si nucsoara<\/strong> sunt sufletul aromei. Doua linguri de scortisoara pare mult, dar pe o tava intreaga de biscuiti integrali se echilibreaza perfect. Nucsoara este optionala, insa rasa proaspat dintr-o nuca intreaga adauga o caldura pe care varianta deja macinata nu o are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul brun<\/strong> (o treime de cana) nu doar indulceste, ci pastreaza biscuitii fragezi pe interior si le da o nuanta caramelizata la copt, datorita melasei din el. Daca s-a intarit in punga, sfarama-l bine inainte sa il amesteci, ca sa nu ramana cocoloase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul<\/strong> (jumatate de cana) tine locul untului si face compozitia mai usor de amestecat. Un ulei neutru, fara aroma puternica, lasa scortisoara si nucsoara in prim-plan; un ulei prea aromat ar concura cu mirodeniile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oul batut cu o lingura de apa<\/strong> leaga compozitia si ajuta biscuitii sa se rumeneasca. Apa il subtiaza ca sa se distribuie uniform. Daca dupa adaugarea semintelor compozitia tot nu se leaga, mai pui un albus &#8212; exact asa cum spune reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Semintele de in si de floarea soarelui<\/strong> aduc crocanta si grasimi bune. Daca o pui calda in cuptor, biscuitii se aplatizeaza si isi pierd forma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica intai consistenta, abia apoi coci.<\/strong> Daca aluatul e prea umed adaugi faina lingura cu lingura; daca se sfarama si nu se leaga, adaugi un albus. Compozitia trebuie sa stea gramajoara pe lingurita, nu sa curga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preseaza fiecare biscuite cu furculita.<\/strong> Mormanele de compozitie nu se aplatizeaza singure la copt, asa ca presarea le subtiaza si ii ajuta sa se rumeneasca uniform pe toata suprafata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa loc intre ei.<\/strong> Distanta de aproximativ 2,5 cm pare mare pentru biscuiti mici, dar permite aerului cald sa circule si previne lipirea lor intre ei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand marginile s-au rumenit.<\/strong> La 180-200C dureaza in jur de 20 de minute; ies usor moi din cuptor si se intaresc pe masura ce se racesc, asa ca nu ii lasa pana se intaresc complet in tava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stafide inlocuite cu alte fructe uscate.<\/strong> Daca nu iti plac stafidele, pune merisoare uscate, bucati de caise sau curmale tocate marunt &#8212; aceeasi cantitate de un sfert de cana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mix de seminte dupa gust.<\/strong> Semintele de floarea soarelui pot fi schimbate cu dovleac sau susan; pastreaza proportiile ca sa nu se incarce prea tare compozitia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai putin dulce.<\/strong> Poti reduce putin zaharul brun daca pui fructe uscate mai dulci, insa nu il scoate complet, fiindca ajuta la fragezime si la rumenire.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doar scortisoara.<\/strong> Daca nu ai nucsoara, biscuitii ies foarte buni si numai cu scortisoara &#8212; nucsoara este oricum optionala in reteta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasa biscuitii sa se raceasca complet pe un gratar inainte de a-i pune la pastrare &#8212; daca ii inchizi calzi, aburul ii inmoaie. Pastreaza-i intr-un recipient inchis ermetic, la temperatura camerei, unde isi tin crocanta cateva zile bune. Daca incep sa se inmoaie, ii poti reimprospata cateva minute in cuptorul incalzit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compozitia se preteaza la pregatire din timp: o poti tine acoperita in frigider pana a doua zi si coace pe loc cand vrei biscuiti proaspeti. Pentru stoc mai lung, formeaza mormanele de compozitie pe o tava, congeleaza-le si apoi muta-le intr-o punga &#8212; se coc direct din congelator, cu cateva minute in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte gustari cu ovaz, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fursecuri-de-ovaz-cu-merisoare\/\">fursecurile de ovaz cu merisoare<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-ovaz\/\">biscuitii cu ovaz<\/a>. Iar daca ti-a ramas ovaz integral in camara, il poti folosi si pentru un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/terci-de-ovaz-porridge\/\">terci de ovaz cremos la micul dejun<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
