Se prepara in aproximativ 10 minute, iar dulceata acrisoara echilibreaza perfect textura catifelata a grisului fierbinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta reteta este una dintre preferatele mele, pentru ca imi aduce mereu aminte cu drag de vremurile copilariei, cand bunica obisnuia sa pregateasca un delicios gris cu lapte, servit alaturi de dulceata de capsuni sau visine facute in casa. Erau amintiri pline de caldura si aroma copilariei, iar de fiecare data cand amestec grisul in cratita ma intorc, fara sa vreau, in bucataria ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu prefer sa il fac cu dulceata de mure sau de coacaze, pentru ca aciditatea fructelor de padure taie din dulceata si scoate in evidenta laptele si vanilia. Grisul de grau dur este cel mai bun aici, pentru ca absoarbe lichidul uniform si nu se transforma in pasta. Daca il adaugi tot deodata, faci cocoloase, de aceea se toarna in ploaie, putin cate putin, amestecand continuu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte<\/strong> &#8212; laptele este lichidul care da cremozitate desertului, asa ca alegerea lui conteaza. Daca folosesti lapte de vaca, iti recomand sa fie cel mai gras pe care il ai, fiindca grasimea face grisul mai catifelat si mai bogat. Pentru o varianta de post sau fara lactate, mergi pe lapte vegetal, cum ar fi cel de ovaz sau de cocos, care leaga bine si aduce o aroma placuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extract de vanilie<\/strong> &#8212; vanilia ridica intreaga aroma a desertului si o leaga de gustul de lapte. Un varf de lingurita este de obicei suficient pentru a evidentia notele dulci si parfumate, asa ca nu exagera, altfel acopera totul. Alege un extract adevarat, nu unul artificial, daca vrei o aroma mai rotunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dulceata sau gem<\/strong> &#8212; dulceata este vedeta de pe deasupra si singura sursa de dulceata din reteta. Eu am folosit dulceata de mure, dar merge la fel de bine cea de coacaze, visine sau capsuni. Toarna-l in ploaie, putin cate putin, exact ca la mamaliga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amesteca fara oprire cu un tel.<\/strong> Telul sparge cocoloasele inainte sa se formeze si distribuie grisul uniform. Aici se decide daca desertul iese fin sau granulat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gata cand grisul s-a inchegat.<\/strong> Dupa aproximativ 10 minute de fierbere la foc mic, compozitia se ingroasa si lasa o dara pe fundul cratitei cand treci telul prin ea. Atunci muta-l de pe foc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daca dulceata e prea dulce, adauga putin suc de lamaie.<\/strong> Cateva picaturi reasaza echilibrul si scot in evidenta gustul fructelor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu lasa grisul prea mult pe foc.<\/strong> Se ingroasa si dupa ce il iei de pe foc, asa ca opreste-te putin inainte sa para complet legat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varianta de post \/ fara lactate:<\/strong> inlocuieste laptele de vaca cu lapte vegetal, de exemplu cel de ovaz, de cocos sau de orez. Textura ramane cremoasa, iar desertul devine potrivit pentru zilele de post.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alta dulceata:<\/strong> daca nu ai dulceata de coacaze, foloseste mure, visine, capsuni sau caise. Fiecare aduce alt nivel de aciditate si alta culoare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai dulce sau mai putin dulce:<\/strong> reteta nu are zahar adaugat, dar daca iti place mai dulce poti pune o lingurita de zahar in lapte. Daca iti ramane, pastreaza-l la frigider, intr-un recipient acoperit, 2-3 zile. Pe masura ce sta, se intareste, asa ca atunci cand il reincalzesti adauga putin lapte si amesteca pe foc mic sau in cuptorul cu microunde pana redevine cremos. Adauga dulceata abia la servire, ca sa ramana proaspata si acrisoara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile cu lapte si cereale, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orez-cu-lapte\/\">orezul cu lapte<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/budinca-de-orez-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\">budinca de orez cu lapte de cocos<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa folosesti grisul intr-un alt fel, arunca o privire la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-gris\/\">prajitura cu gris<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
