Se face in aproximativ 30 de minute si iese pufos, colorat si satios. Imi placeau culorile lui vii si textura cremoasa, iar mama il facea pe vremuri cu supa de pui. Daca preferi boabele bine separate, foloseste orez cu bob lung (Basmati sau Jasmine) si redu putin apa. Clateste orezul sub apa rece inainte de gatit daca vrei o textura mai usoara.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardeiul gras rosu<\/strong> &#8212; Aduce dulceata si culoare. Cel galben sau portocaliu merg la fel de bine. Evita ardeiul verde, care devine amarui dupa gatit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovul<\/strong> &#8212; Dat pe razatoarea mica, aproape se topeste in orez si ii da o dulceata naturala. Taiat cubulete mici ramane mai prezent in textura, daca asa preferi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boiaua dulce<\/strong> &#8212; Da culoarea aurie caracteristica si o aroma calda. Pentru o nota afumata, inlocuieste o parte cu boia afumata.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lichidul de fierbere<\/strong> &#8212; Apa simpla functioneaza perfect pentru varianta de post. Pentru mai mult gust, foloseste supa de legume. Nu sari peste acest pas.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Respecta raportul de lichid.<\/strong> Pentru orezul cu bob rotund din aceasta reteta, foloseste 1 cana de orez la 3 cani de apa pentru un pilaf cremos. Pentru orez cu bob lung, redu la 1 cana orez la 2 cani apa.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Nu amesteca des dupa ce ai pus capacul.<\/strong> Odata ce orezul fierbe la foc mic, lasa-l in pace. Amestecatul prea des elibereaza amidon si face pilaful lipicios.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Lasa-l sa se odihneasca.<\/strong> Dupa ce s-a absorbit tot lichidul, stinge focul si tine cratita acoperita inca 5-10 minute. Aburul redistribuie umiditatea si boabele ies pufoase.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Adauga verdeata la final.<\/strong> Patrunjelul sau mararul proaspat, presarate dupa gatit, aduc prospetime si culoare.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cu ciuperci<\/strong> &#8212; Adauga ciuperci feliate calite impreuna cu legumele pentru un plus de savoare si textura. Ajusteaza lichidul dupa instructiunile de pe pachet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cu mai multe legume<\/strong> &#8212; Mazarea, porumbul sau telina aduc culoare si dulceata. Adauga-le odata cu orezul.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Varianta picanta<\/strong> &#8212; Un ardei iute tocat marunt sau un varf de boia iute transforma pilaful intr-un fel mai indraznet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frigider:<\/strong> Se pastreaza intr-un recipient acoperit pana la 3-4 zile. Gustul ramane bun, iar aromele se imbina si mai frumos a doua zi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reincalzire:<\/strong> Adauga un strop de apa sau supa inainte de a-l reincalzi, ca sa nu se usuce. Merge atat la tigaie, cat si la microunde.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Congelare:<\/strong> Pilaful se congeleaza bine pana la 2 luni, portionat in recipiente. Decongeleaza-l peste noapte la frigider inainte de reincalzire.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Servire:<\/strong> Merge perfect ca garnitura langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-ardei\/\"><strong>mancare de legume<\/strong><\/a> sau ca fel principal de post, cu o salata verde alaturi.
