De obicei fac sarmalute vegetariene in foi de vita doar pentru prietenul meu, el fiind mare fan al lor. I le pregatesc lui, pe langa sarmalutele vegetariene clasice.<\/p><p>Nu stiu de ce, dar mereu cand mananc<strong> sarmale vegetariene in foi de vita<\/strong> dau fruzele la o parte si mananc doar umplutura! Doar cele de stevie pot sa spun ca ma incanta mai mult, dar na, tine de preferintele fiecaruia.<\/p><p>Sarmalutele se fac foarte usor, rabdare sa ai. Umplutura o sa va placa la nebunie! Este foarte &#8220;carnoasa&#8221; deoarece am pus multe ciuperci si mai putin orez. Acesta e secretul pentru niste sarmale vegetariene reusite! La fel ca la sarmalele de varza, acestea sunt umplute cu combinatii de orez, mirodenii, carne si legume. Termenul &#8220;dolma&#8221; poate fi folosit si pentru a se referi la o familie de feluri de mancare care sunt foarte populare in bucataria mediteraneana, precum si in bucataria din zonele inconjuratoare ca Balcani, Caucaz, Rusia, Asia Centrala si Orientul Mijlociu. Cele mai obisnuite legume umplute sunt rosiile, ardeii, ceapa, dovleceii, vinetele si usturoiul.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipuri de dolma<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>In Turcia<\/strong>&nbsp;exista doua categorii principale de dolma: cele care sunt umplute cu carne tocata, ceapa, orez, ulei si mirodenii si cele care sunt fara carne. Acestea se servesc cu un sos de iaurt.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>In Azerbaijan<\/strong>: De obicei, acestea includ carne de miel sau un amestec de miel si carne de vita in umplutura, precum si orez si praz. Ei folosesc frunze de varza sau de vita de vie, dar umplu si vinete, ardei, rosii si mere. Dolma cea mai comuna in tara este dolma din frunze de vita de vie.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>In Armenia:<\/strong>&nbsp;Pentru umplutura folosesc carnea de miel toccata si orez. Folosesc mai des frunze de vita de vie si le condimenteaza cu coriandru, menta, piper, scortisoara si unt topit. Uneori adauga stafide in amestec si &nbsp;smantana ca sos.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>In Orientul Mijlociu<\/strong>: Dolmele au fost o parte din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-orientului-mijlociu\/\">bucataria Orientului Mijlociu<\/a>, mai ales in Siria, Liban, Palestina, Irak si Iran, unde dolmele din Frunze de vita de vie au fost servite de secole.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>In Egipt<\/strong>: Ei numesc acest fel de mancare &#8220;mahshi&#8221; si in mod normal folosesc frunze de vita de vie pentru a fi umplute. Umplutura este traditionala adica carne si orez, asa cum am mentionat de mai multe ori inainte. Funza de varza si dolma sunt feluri de mancare delicioase si apreciate de toata lumea. Dolmele au o aroma speciala ce provine de la frunzele de vita de vie. Aceeasi nota distinctiva o au si celelalte legume folosite pentru a fi umplute, aceste legume fiind adesea mult mai aromate decat frunzele de varza. Frunza de varza are un gust neutru, dar chiar si asa este o completare delicioasa a umpluturilor traditionale.<\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
