Aceasta reteta de paste cu ciuperci Pleurotus a devenit una dintre preferatele mele tocmai pentru ca e simpla, dar are o aroma bogata. Vinul rosu si ciupercile sotate dau o profunzime pe care nu o gasesti la un sos de rosii obisnuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O fac des cand vreau ceva consistent fara prea mult efort: cat fierb spaghetele, sosul e gata in aceeasi tigaie. Pentru o varianta fara gluten, eu am folosit paste fara gluten de la Schar, dar merge orice tip de spaghete preferi. Fierbe-le conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj si scurge-le inainte de a le amesteca cu sosul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciuperci Pleurotus:<\/strong> 250 g, taiate. Acestea sunt vedeta retetei. Au o textura carnoasa care le face perfecte pentru un sos consistent. Curata-le stergandu-le usor cu o carpa umeda si taie-le in bucati mai mici, ca sa se gateasca uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si usturoi:<\/strong> o ceapa maruntita si 5 catei de usturoi pisati formeaza baza aromata a sosului. Usturoiul din belsug da caracter, asa ca nu il reduce daca vrei o aroma intensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosii decojite:<\/strong> 400 g rosii decojite cubulete, de la conserva. Sunt baza sosului si se adauga aproape la final, ca sa pastreze prospetimea. Poti folosi orice conserva buna de rosii cubulete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vin rosu:<\/strong> jumatate de pahar. Se adauga peste ciuperci si le da o aroma profunda, usor dulce, pe masura ce se reduce. Daca preferi fara alcool, vezi sectiunea de substitutii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chili pudra:<\/strong> 1-2 prafuri, dupa cat de picant iti place. Da o nota calda fara sa domine sosul. Poti sari peste el daca gatesti pentru copii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuioc:<\/strong> proaspat sau uscat, dupa gust. Aduce prospetime si leaga aromele sosului de rosii. Daca folosesti busuioc proaspat, adauga-l aproape de final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline:<\/strong> 2 linguri, pentru sotat. Reincalzeste-le la foc mic, intr-o tigaie, cu putina apa sau bulion, ca sa nu se usuce sosul.
