Ciupercile proaspete vor avea un miros subtil, de pamant.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Mod de preparare: <\/strong>Curata ciupercile stergandu-le usor cu o carpa umeda sau un prosop de hartie pentru a indeparta orice murdarie. Evita sa le speli sub apa. Taie capetele si rupe ciupercile mai mari in bucati mai mici, de dimensiuni mici, pentru a te asigura ca se gatesc uniform si se integreaza bine cu pastele.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gatitul ciupercilor Pleurotus pentru paste<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sos: <\/strong>Incinge o tigaie la foc mediu cu un strop de ulei de masline sau o cantitate mica de bulion de legume pentru o optiune cu continut scazut de grasimi. Adauga ciupercile si caleti pana incep sa se rumeneasca, eliberandu-si umezeala.
