Mama a fost cea care a venit pentru prima oara cu ideea minunata de a face o lasagna vegetariana. Aceasta lasagna de post va fi cu siguranta si pe placul celor care nu sunt vegetarieni, reteta concurand cu lasagna clasica cu carne. <\/p><p>Ciupercile ii dau o textura carnoasa delicioasa si sunt secretul pentru o lasagna vegana reusita! Am inlocuit branza rasa de pe deasupra cu un sos de rosii gustos, cu busuioc. Prima reteta inregistrata dateaza din secolul al XIV-lea. Aceasta reteta a constat din aluat turtit, fiert si stropit cu branza si condimente. Unele lucruri pot varia, cum ar fi adaugarea de grasime de pui, fierberea aluatului in supa de pui si adaugarea de nuci.<\/p><p>Lasagna traditionala din Napoli este stratificata cu carnati locali, chiftele prajite, oua fierte tari, ricotta, mozzarella si sos napolitan. Cu toate acestea, lasagna pe care am ajuns sa o cunoastem este din regiunea Emilia-Romagna. Reteta poate varia in functie de regiune, combinand ricotta, mozzarella, sosul de rosii, carnea, legumele si aromatizate cu vin, usturoi, ceapa si oregano. Sunt bogate in proteine si fibre, dar scazute in calorii. Foloseste un amestec de ciuperci pentru varietate si gust \u2013 champignon, shiitake, portobello \u2013 toate aduc arome si texturi diferite.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sos de rosii sanatos in locul sosului Bechamel:<\/strong> Fa-ti propriul sos de rosii pentru a evita zaharul si conservantii adaugati in variantele comerciale. Foloseste rosii proaspete sau pasate, usturoi, ceapa, ierburi aromatice si un strop de vin rosu pentru un plus de gust.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">Extra-proteine vegetale<\/a><\/strong>: Pentru un plus de proteine, adauga in lasagna tofu maruntit, linte sau quinoa. Acestea vor oferi consistenta si te vor tine satul pentru mai mult timp.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Legume suplimentare:<\/strong> Nu te limita doar la ciuperci. Include spanac, dovlecei, ardei, broccoli sau alte legume preferate pentru a creste continutul de nutrienti si fibre.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Evita uleiul in exces:<\/strong> Cand gatesti ciupercile sau legumele, foloseste foarte putin ulei de masline sau un pic de apa\/zeama de legume in loc de ulei pentru a reduce continutul de grasimi.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Portionarea:<\/strong> Lasagna poate fi destul de consistenta, asa ca fii atent la dimensiunea portiilor. O portie moderata, insotita de o salata verde sau legume aburite, poate forma o masa echilibrata.<\/li><\/ul><p>Prin urmarea acestor sfaturi, vei putea sa te bucuri de o lasagna vegana delicioasa si sanatoasa, care se potriveste atat gusturilor tale, cat si necesitatilor dietetice.
