Are o textura &#8220;carnoasa&#8221; si se coace integral la cuptor, fara fierberea prealabila a foilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasagna vegana cu ciuperci este una dintre retetele mele preferate. Mama a fost cea care a venit prima oara cu ideea minunata de a face o lasagna vegetariana, iar de atunci am inceput si eu sa o prepar frecvent, mai ales in weekenduri, cand am chef de ceva consistent care sa stea linistit in cuptor cat eu imi vad de ale mele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce nu se schimba niciodata, indiferent cum o mai variez, este faptul ca o fac mereu la cuptor. Tocmai timpul acela lung in care se coace, sub folie, este cel care leaga totul: foile se inmoaie in aburul compozitiei, iar ciupercile isi lasa zeama care imbiba pasta. Eu il consider pasul care face diferenta intre o lasagna care se desface in farfurie si una care se taie frumos in portii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"858\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci.jpg\" alt=\"lasagna vegana  cu ciuperci\" class=\"wp-image-191397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-600x429.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-629x450.jpg 629w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-1024x732.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-768x549.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-960x686.jpg 960w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-1080x772.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Vegan-Lasagna-with-Mushrooms-recipe-lasagna-cu-ciuperci-150x107.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O masa de post sau vegana satioasa, fara carne, dar care satura ca un fel principal.<\/li>\n<li>Un pranz de weekend care se pregateste relativ usor si apoi se coace singur la cuptor.<\/li>\n<li>Un fel pe care sa il pui pe masa si in fata celor care nu sunt vegetarieni, fiindca textura ciupercilor tine locul carnii.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta in care folosesti din plin ciupercile, atunci cand ai un kilogram de pus la treaba.<\/li>\n<li>O lasagna fara batai de cap cu fiertul foilor, pentru ca se folosesc foi care nu necesita fierbere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Are o textura &#8220;carnoasa&#8221;<\/strong> &#8212; ciupercile tocate, sotate cu morcov, ceapa si ardei, dau o umplutura densa si plina, nu apoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Este complet de post si vegana<\/strong> &#8212; nici branza, nici oua, nici sos bechamel, doar legume, pesmet si sos de rosii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se face usor<\/strong> &#8212; toci totul la robot, sotezi cinci minute, asamblezi si lasi cuptorul sa lucreze.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foile nu trebuie fierte<\/strong> &#8212; se folosesc foi de lasagna care se coc direct, asa ca scapi de un pas si de o oala in plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Place si carnivorilor<\/strong> &#8212; la mine a trecut testul mesei in care nu toata lumea mananca de post, exact pentru ca nu se simte ca ii lipseste ceva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sosul de rosii cu busuioc<\/strong> &#8212; proaspat, aromat si facut in cateva secunde la blender, leaga toata lasagna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> sunt vedeta acestei retete, asa ca ai nevoie de un kilogram intreg. Alege ciuperci ferme, cu palaria inchisa si fara pete umede sau lucioase &#8212; acelea sunt deja trecute si lasa multa apa. Ciupercile champignon clasice merg perfect, dar daca gasesti pleurotus, acelea dau o textura si mai fibroasa, mai apropiata de carne. Nu le spala sub jet de apa pana se imbiba, ci sterge-le cu un servet umed sau clateste-le scurt, pentru ca ciuperca este ca un burete si tot ce absoarbe va iesi apoi in tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovul, ceapa si ardeiul gras rosu<\/strong> formeaza baza aromata a umpluturii. Tocate marunt la robot impreuna cu ciupercile, ele aduc dulceata si culoare. Fara el, umplutura ramane apoasa si lasagna nu se taie frumos. Daca ai nevoie de varianta fara gluten, foloseste pesmet fara gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cimbrul<\/strong> (doua lingurite) este condimentul care leaga ciupercile de tot restul. Merge bine si uscat, si proaspat &#8212; daca il folosesti proaspat, pune ceva mai mult, pentru ca aroma este mai blanda decat la cel uscat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile maruntite si decojite la conserva<\/strong> sunt baza sosului. O conserva buna de rosii, intensa la culoare si fara prea mult lichid, face un sos mai gustos decat rosiile proaspete in afara sezonului. Le dai doar cateva pulsuri scurte la blender, ca sa pastrezi putina textura, nu sa le faci piure fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul<\/strong> (proaspat sau uscat) este aroma care defineste sosul. Eu prefer busuiocul proaspat, adaugat la final, dupa ce sosul nu mai e fierbinte, ca sa nu isi piarda parfumul. Daca folosesti uscat, pune-l de la inceput, ca sa aiba timp sa se rehidrateze in sos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soteaza compozitia inainte de asamblare.<\/strong> Cele cinci minute in tigaie nu sunt optionale: acolo ciupercile incep sa elimine apa si umplutura se concentreaza. Daca o pui cruda in tava, lasagna iese apoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acopera tava la cuptor.<\/strong> Folia de aluminiu sau hartia de copt umezita pusa deasupra tine aburul inauntru, iar foile care nu se fierb in prealabil au nevoie exact de aburul acela ca sa se inmoaie. Fara acoperire, raman tari pe margini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-o sa se odihneasca minim 10 minute dupa cuptor.<\/strong> Stiu ca e greu sa astepti, dar daca o tai imediat, straturile aluneca si ajunge totul gramada in farfurie. Repausul lasa compozitia sa se aseze si lasagna se portioneaza curat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste pesmet.<\/strong> Este pasul mic care decide daca lasagna se taie frumos sau se desface. Restul ingredientelor sunt deja fara gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tipul de ciuperci:<\/strong> champignon clasice merg de baza, dar poti folosi pleurotus pentru o textura mai fibroasa sau un amestec de ciuperci, pentru o aroma mai complexa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimentele:<\/strong> daca nu ai cimbru, mergi pe un mix de ierburi italienesti, iar in loc de busuioc uscat poti folosi busuioc proaspat la final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai picant:<\/strong> adauga putin ardei iute tocat in compozitie sau un praf de boia iute peste sosul de rosii, daca iti place o nota mai intensa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasagna se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider 3-4 zile, intr-un recipient acoperit. De fapt, mie mi se pare ca a doua zi este chiar mai gustoasa, dupa ce aromele apuca sa se aseze. O reincalzesti in cuptor, acoperita, ca sa nu se usuce, sau in tigaie, la foc mic. Poti pregati compozitia de ciuperci cu o zi inainte si o tii la rece, iar in ziua mesei doar asamblezi si coci. Daca vrei sa o congelezi, fa-o portionata, dupa ce s-a racit complet, si o tii pana la doua-trei luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-au ramas ciuperci si vrei sa profiti de ele, vezi mai intai cum gatesti corect <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-gatesti-ciupercile\/\">ciupercile<\/a>, ca sa nu iasa apoase.
