If you want to achieve a subtle smoked flavor, I definitely recommend doing as I did and combine smoked tofu with simple tofu.
You can make this roulade for the New Year’s Eve party too, as it is delicious cold also, served as an appetizer.
Although I didn't do it this time, I definitely recommend you cook the tofurkey roulade in aluminum foil, so that it will maintain its round shape.
