Za] atar is an mazing spice mix that goes so well with these baked spring onions. It’s also amazing sprinkled on hummus.
1. Bake in the oven at 180C/356F for 15-20 minutes.
It's best to arrange them in one layer only in the oven dish, but a maximum of 2 layers of scallions are ok too.
When you serve them, add olives and pour over some fresh lemon juice.
