Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • jam of your choice
  • frying oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda).
  • Add the olive oil and vinegar, mix to combine. Pour the milk and combine.
  • Heat up a 1-2 Tbsp of frying oil over medium heat.
  • Form the pancakes using one Tbsp of batter per pancake and cook them with the lid on until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite jam.
