Ingredients
  

  • For the dough:
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • cup water
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the filling:
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves diced
  • 2 cups mushrooms chopped
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add sugar and yeast to your water.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 1 tsp of salt with the flour then add the water and yeast.
  • Combine well until the dough is formed. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 1,5h.
  • Heat up 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and cook over medium heat until translucent.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms, season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the spinach and balsamic vinegar, stir for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangle shape, pour the filling on top and spread it evenly.
  • Roll the dough.
  • Cut into 6-8 pieces.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  • Halfway through the baking brush the tops with oil.
