fresh raspberries

golden flax seeds

bananas
peeled and sliced
healthy sweetener of choice
to taste - I used stevia
water
as needed
Instructions
Add all ingredients into the blender. Add 1/2 cup of water to start with.
Blend all until smooth.
Add more water while blending, as needed to reach the desired consistency.
Notes
I used my Optimum blender for this recipe.
