Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 6 apricots pitted and halved (I used frozen apricots)
  • 1 glass of water or plus a little bit more, depending on how thick you want it to be
  • 2 Tbsps pollen optional
  • 2 Tbsps golden flax seeds
  • some ice only if you don't use frozen apricots/bananas

Instructions
 

  • Blend them all! It's that easy :)
