This apricot and banana sorbet with raisins and rum is a guilt-free, no-churn frozen dessert ready in just 5 minutes, perfect as a refreshing summer treat.

Instructions
Add the frozen bananas, apricots, honey, lemon juice and rum to the blender. Add a little water, just enough to help the blender do its work (max. 1-2 Tbsp).
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the raisins and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately for the softest texture; if it firms up in the freezer, let it sit a few minutes before scooping. For a vegan version, use maple syrup, agave or another plant-based sweetener instead of honey.
