bananas
frozen, sliced or cut in chunks

apricot halves
frozen, pitted

Tbsps
honey
or any
other healthy sweetener of choice

raisins
2
Tbsps
lemon juice

Tbsps
rum
Instructions
Add frozen bananas, apricots, honey, lemon juice and rum in the blender. Add a little bit of water, just to help the blender to the work. (max. 1-2 Tbsps)
Blend until smooth.
Add raisins and serve immediately.
