A lighter take on classic hummus, made without tahini so it's lower in calories but still bright and creamy from fresh lemon and garlic. Ready in just 10 minutes and perfect for dipping veggie sticks or warm pita.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, adding water a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Sprinkle some seeds on top and garnish as you please.
Notes
Best served with warm pita bread cut into wedges. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; drizzle a little olive oil on top before serving.
