Ingredients 

  • 2 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • ½ lemon juice
  • water as needed to reach the desired consistency
  • 3 cubes ice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in the food processor and mix well until smooth.
  • Sprinkle some seeds on top and garnish as you please.

Best served with warm pita bread cut into wedges.
