Ingredients 

  • 2 bananas ripe, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder high-quality
  • walnuts lightly toasted

Instructions

  • Cut the frozen bananas into slices and add them to the blender.
  • Process until smooth, then add the cocoa powder and blend again until fully combined.
  • Serve right away with toasted walnuts on top, or transfer to an air-tight container and store in the freezer.

Notes

For a soft, scoopable texture, enjoy it right away straight from the blender. For firmer, scoopable ice cream, transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for about 2 hours.
