Ingredients
  

  • 2 banane foarte coapte
  • 4 cuburi de gheata
  • 2 Linguri amestec de seminte poti sa ti-l prepari acasa din seminte crude de susan, chia, mac, amarant, in si seminte de floarea soarelui
  • apa suficienta cat sa obtii consistenta dorita

Instructions
 

  • Pune toate ingredientele in afara de seminte, in blender si blenduieste bine.
  • Adauga semintele si amesteca.
