Ingredients
  

  • 2 conserve naut (am folosit conserve de 400g), nautul scurs si clatit
  • ½ lamaie suc
  • 1 lingurita ulei de susan
  • 2 catei usturoi feliati
  • ¼ lingurita chimion macinat
  • 1 Lingura ulei de masline
  • 3 cuburi gheata
  • apa suficienta cat sa obtineti consistenta dorita
  • sare dupa gust

Instructions
 

  • Pune in robotul de bucatarie toate ingredientele.
  • Proceseaza bine pana se formeaza pasta cremoasa si fina.
  • Adauga apa, putin cate putin, pana se obtine consistenta cremoasa dorita.
  • Decoreaza cu seminte sau orice verdeturi doresti.

Notes

Merge de minune servit cu sticksuri de legume - castraveti, dovlecel, ardei gras, morcovi.
