Ingredients
  

  • 6 cartofi curatati de coaja si taiati cubulete
  • 1 ceapa taiata in 4
  • 2 morcovi feliati
  • sucul de la o lamaie
  • ½ lingurita boia dulce
  • ¼ lingurita piper alb macinat
  • sare dupa gust
  • 1 Lingura ulei de masline
  • 1 Lingura chimen

Instructions
 

  • Adauga cartofii, ceapa si morcovii la fiert.
  • Adauga apa, suficienta cat sa ii acopere.
  • Fierbe legumele 20 de minute.
  • Opreste focul si adauga sarea, condimentele, sucul de lamaie si uleiul de masline.
  • Paseaza legumele folosind un blender vertical. Adauga mai multa apa daca este nevoie.
  • Adauga semintele de chimen.
