  • 2 Linguri iaurt grecesc sau Skyr
  • 1 Lingura muesli
  • 1 Lingura cocos ras
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cana lapte
  • cateva cuburi de gheata

Instructions
 

  • Pune toate ingredientele in blender, mai putin cuburile de gheata.
  • Proceseaza-le bine pana devin lichide.
  • Adauga cuburile de gheata si pulseaza de cateva ori.
