Instructions
Intr-o cratita, fierbe apa, adauga cuburile de soia si fierbe 10-15 minute. Scurge-le bine.
Intr-o tigaie mare, prajeste ceapa si usturoiul in ulei de masline pana devin translucide.
Adauga cuburile de soia, condimenteaza cu sare, piper, paprika afumata, seminte de chimen si coace 1-2 minute.
Adauga piureul de rosii, amesteca si coace 2-3 minute.
Adauga supa de legume sau apa, micsoreaza focul la minim si coace 30-40 minute, amestecand ocazional.
