For the apple crisp filling: 6 Granny Smith apples peeled and diced 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon of lemon juice For the oat crisp layer: 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¾ cup oat flakes ¾ cup white flour use gluten-free flour, if needed ½ cup room-temperature butter diced ¼ teaspoon salt
