500 g mushrooms finely chopped 400 g grated mozzarella 250 g flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon ugar 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 egg 1 green pepper chopped 1 onion chopped 120 g tomato sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian herbs 1 teaspoon ground black pepper To serve: 120 g tomato sauce canned, seasoned for pizza
Chop the mushrooms and lightly saute them in olive oil for 10 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200 C (392F).
Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
