Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 g mushrooms finely chopped
  • 400 g grated mozzarella
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 120 g tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

To serve:

  • 120 g tomato sauce canned, seasoned for pizza

Instructions
 

  • Chop the mushrooms and lightly saute them in olive oil for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oven to 200 C (392F).
  • Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the pizza balls.
  • Mix with a spatula until a homogeneous composition is formed.
  • Form balls of approximately 5 cm each and arrange them on the lined baking tray.
  • Place in the hot oven and bake for 25 minutes or until browned.
  • Serve the pizza balls warm, with tomato sauce.
