This is the best gluten-free muesli breakfast I've ever tried! It not only tastes amazing, but it's also super-rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, and it comes together in just 5 minutes with no cooking required.

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Schar Gluten-Free Fruits Muesli Mix
  • 1 tsp carob powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds whole or ground; preferably ground
  • 1 Tbsp berries I used goji and gooseberries - my favorite!
  • 3 almonds or other nuts of choice
  • stevia powder or other healthy sweetener
  • fresh fruit slices optional
  • 1 cup vegan milk of choice nut, seed, soy milk or banana milk

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the vegan milk of choice.
  • Sweeten with stevia and top with some fresh fruit slices.
  • Enjoy!

Banana milk:

  • Banana milk option: blend 1 banana with 1 cup of water. That's it - it's delicious!

Notes

Store the dry muesli mix in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks and add the milk and fresh fruit just before serving. Banana milk option: blend 1 banana with 1 cup of water for a naturally sweet, creamy dairy-free milk. Ground flax is preferred over whole for better absorption.
