A homemade cauliflower-crust keto pizza, ready in about 30 minutes and loaded with melty parmesan and gouda. Better than takeaway, and completely low-carb!
Add all the keto pizza crust ingredients to a food processor.
Process everything at high speed until a homogeneous, sticky puree forms.
Brush the prepared baking paper with a little oil.
Transfer the keto pizza crust dough onto the prepared baking tray. Flatten it with your fingers and shape it into a round about 1 cm thick.
Bake for about 7-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Take it out of the oven and top with the grated gouda cheese, sliced green bell pepper and some baby spinach.
Return to the oven and bake for about 7 more minutes.
Top with some fresh basil and serve!
Notes
Best served fresh and hot, straight from the oven. For a strictly vegetarian version, look for parmesan and gouda made with vegetarian (non-animal) rennet.
