Feta Mint Yogurt Dip

This feta mint yogurt dip is a simple, easy yogurt appetizer inspired by Lebanese cuisine. Ready in just 10 minutes, it's perfect for parties, served with crackers, pita bread or toasts.

Ingredients 

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup feta cheese mashed
  • 3-4 Tbsps fresh mint chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • sweet paprika for garnish (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl. Add the mashed feta cheese and blend until smooth and well combined. You can use a food processor for this.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh mint and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil and garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of sweet paprika.
  • Store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor and texture, chill the dip in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the mint and feta have time to infuse the yogurt. Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamier, spoonable dip. Adjust the fresh mint, salt and pepper to taste.
