Ingredients 

  • 1 beetroot peeled and cut to fit your juicer
  • 4 carrots rinsed very well
  • 4 apples rinsed very well
  • 1 thumb-size piece ginger peeled
  • ½ lemon peeled
  • water to dilute

Instructions

  • Juice all the ingredients together, then dilute with a little water to taste. I didn't add any sweetener, as the apples and beetroot make it sweet enough.

Notes

Drink fresh right after juicing for the most nutrients. The vitamin C from the lemon helps your body absorb the plant-based iron more efficiently. Dilute with a little water to taste.
