A vibrant, iron-rich juice made from beetroot, carrots, apples, ginger and lemon. Ready in about 10 minutes and packed with iron, vitamins and minerals to help fight anemia.
Juice all the ingredients together, then dilute with a little water to taste. I didn't add any sweetener, as the apples and beetroot make it sweet enough.

Drink fresh right after juicing for the most nutrients. The vitamin C from the lemon helps your body absorb the plant-based iron more efficiently. Dilute with a little water to taste.
