7mlfresh lemon juice1/4 oz
2-3sprigsfresh mintuse a softer-flavored kind, I used strawberry mint

ice
Instructions
Add the dry flower mix to the bottom of a cocktail glass or wine glass, then fill the glass with ice.
In a mixing glass, combine the fresh mint leaves, rose petal water, and gin. Use a muddler to gently mash the leaves and release their aromatic oils.
Strain the mixture over the ice into the serving glass.
Drizzle the lavender syrup on top.
Top up with the rose soft drink.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a fresh flower.
Serve with a straw and stir before drinking. The lavender syrup will settle to the bottom, creating a lovely gradient effect that disappears once mixed.
Notes
Use rose water and lavender syrup sparingly, both are strong. Strawberry mint or any soft-flavored mint works best. Stir before drinking, as the lavender syrup settles to the bottom.
