Ingredients
For the dough:

cup
ground almonds
¾
cup
oat flour

dates
pitted

banana
ripe
½
tsp
vanilla extract
¼
cup
cocoa powder
For the chocolate cream:
½
cup
coconut cream
½
cup
cocoa powder
¼
cup
maple syrup

pinch
salt
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the almonds, oat flour, dates, banana, vanilla extract and1/4 cup cocoa powder.
Pulse together until a dough is formed.
Spread on a tray or parchment paper about 1-1,5cm thick and cool for 30 mins.
Prepare your filling: combine the coconut cream, cocoa powder, and maple syrup with a pinch of salt.
Spread over your dough and roll.
Refrigerate for a few hours to overnight.
