These oven roasted cabbage slices are the best way to cook cabbage: tender centers, golden crispy edges, and just olive oil and turmeric. Healthy, macrobiotic and vegan, ready in about 35 minutes.
Place the cabbage rounds on the tray. Season them with ground pepper and sea salt, then sprinkle with turmeric.
Drizzle a little more olive oil over them.
Roast until the cabbage is tender and the edges are golden, about 30-40 minutes.
