A creamy, high-protein peanut butter smoothie blended with banana, yogurt and muesli. Ready in about 5 minutes for an energizing breakfast or a satisfying afternoon snack.
Place all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender.
Once the mixture starts to liquefy, add about 6 or 7 ice cubes (adjust to taste) and blend until all the ice is crushed and the peanut butter is completely incorporated.
Pour into a glass and enjoy right away. This smoothie works great as a light meal on its own or as a snack to curb that afternoon hunger.
Notes
For the best texture and natural sweetness, use natural unsweetened peanut butter and a ripe banana. To make it vegan, swap in plant-based yogurt and non-dairy milk.
