Semolina Pudding

Here is a delicious recipe that brings back childhood memories: semolina pudding with jam, presented step-by-step in both in the classic and vegan (dairy-free) versions.

Ingredients 

  • 200 g semolina
  • 1 L milk use dairy-free alternatives if needed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp jam I used blueberry jam, but you can use any jam you like
  • 1-2 lemon slices

Instructions

  • Pour milk into a medium pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add vanilla essence.
  • Slowly sprinkle semolina while continuously whisking.
  • Remove from heat after 10 minutes. The texture should be a little thicker than sour cream.
  • Let it cool down for a while.
  • Serve warm or cold with jam and lemon slices on top.
