use dairy-free alternatives if needed

vanilla extract

jam
I used blueberry jam, but you can use any jam you like
1-2
lemon slices
Instructions
Pour milk into a medium pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add vanilla essence.
Slowly sprinkle semolina while continuously whisking.
Remove from heat after 10 minutes. The texture should be a little thicker than sour cream.
Let it cool down for a while.
Serve warm or cold with jam and lemon slices on top.
