These crispy vegan avocado chips are a wholesome snack you can enjoy guilt-free. Made with ripe avocado, nutritional yeast and warm spices, they bake low and slow until golden and crunchy.
Add all the dry ingredients to the food processor and pulse until well combined.
Add the avocado and lemon juice and blend into a thick paste.
Form small balls of paste, about 1 tsp each.
Transfer the balls to the baking tray, cover with another sheet of oil-brushed parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin until very thin and chip-like.
Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the tray to the oven.
Bake for about 40 minutes on low heat, until golden and crispy.

Notes
The flour and breadcrumbs can be swapped for gluten-free versions. These chips are best enjoyed fresh; re-crisp any leftovers in a low oven.
