Vegan Eggnog | Boozy and Alcohol-Free Versions

Learn how to make creamy vegan eggnog with just a few simple ingredients in about 5 minutes. Both a boozy and an alcohol-free version included.

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups cashew milk
  • 1 ½ cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 5 Tbsps agave syrup
  • tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon or more, to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • rum optional; bourbon, brandy, or whiskey to make it boozy
  • Muscovado sugar optional, for decorating

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and process for about 30 seconds, until smooth and evenly colored.
  • Taste and adjust the cinnamon to your preference, then chill before serving. For the boozy version, stir in rum, bourbon, brandy, or whiskey to taste. Optionally, rim the glasses by dipping them in agave syrup and then in Muscovado sugar.
