olive oil

flour

soy milk
½
tsp
baking powder
¾

aquafaba
the liquid in the can of chickpeas whipped until becomes creamy

pinch
black salt
for egg flavor

pinch
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Put 1 tsp olive oil in each compartment of the bun tray. Place it in the oven.
In a big bowl add the flour, baking powder, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix until incorporated.
Add the fluffy aquafaba to the flour mixture.
When the tray is hot, after 10 minutes of oven time, pour in the mixture in each of the compartments of the bun tray and fill it to the top.
Do this as fast as possible so that the tray remains hot.
Cook for 15-20 min.
