Process on high speed for about 5 minutes, until the hummus is extra smooth.
Add a little ice-cold water, a splash at a time, to make it as smooth as you like.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and garnish as you please.
Notes
Best served with warm pita bread cut into wedges. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Naturally gluten-free—serve with gluten-free dippers to keep it GF.
