zucchinis
grated

carrot
grated

tomatoes
chopped

pickles
sliced
2
pinches
chili powder
2
cloves
garlic
mashed

handful
fresh mint
chopped

extra virgin olive oil

lemon
juice only
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Grate zucchinis and carrots.
Slice pickles.
Put them in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. That's it!
